Supported but not yet performance-validated:
- 4K (3840 × 2160)
- Ultra-Wide (3440 × 1440)

Software Configuration Recommendations

To ensure system stability and scanning performance:

Windows Updates:
Schedule major updates between 8 PM and 6 AM.
Nvidia Driver Updates:
Disable automatic updates.
Laptop Battery Mode:
Set Windows power settings to High Performance only.
Battery-saving modes should be disabled.

Minimum Hardware Requirements

CPU

Intel® Core™ i7 13620H or newer
Avoid processors with less than 24 MB Intel® Smart Cache.
(Cache specifications available on Intel ARK.)

Memory

16 GB RAM minumum 32 is recommended

Graphics Card (GPU)

Recommended GPUs for 3DiscClinic™:

RTX 40XX series: 4060, 4070, 4080, 4090
RTX 50XX series: 5060, 5070, 5080, 5090
RTX 5050 and RTX 4050 are currently not compatible

FLY-AI© is an AI-powered algorithm that automatically detects and removes soft tissue and foreign objects during scanning, improving speed and ease of use.

Minimum Requirements for the 3DISC Scan&Tell™ App

The Scan&Tell™ app is available for iPad®, iPhone®, Android tablets, and smartphones.

iOS: Version 16.6 or later
Android: Version 13 or later
